Yong Xie is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 29 years of experience across China's finance, investment, and real estate sectors. Holding degrees in Law and Economics from prestigious institutions such as East China University of Political Science and Law and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, as well as an Executive MBA degree from the Wharton Business School, Mr. Xie has demonstrated consistent excellence in both academic and professional arenas.

Yong’s most significant achievements include revitalizing Kunming Department Store Group Co., Ltd. in 2015, achieving a 43.19% revenue increase and 156.8% net profit growth in his first year of leadership. In 2017, he led the company's restructuring to merge with Beijing Wo Ai Wo Jia, creating China's first publicly listed real estate brokerage on the A-share market. Under his leadership, Wo Ai Wo Jia has undergone a full digital transformation, launching advanced platforms like CBS, AMS, and employee training systems, while becoming a model of ESG best practices among 5000+ listed companies.
